Perpetual’s Cut Length Systems provide the most cost-effective cutting solutions available today. With several different models to choose from, ranging from 50 cuts per shift to 600 cuts per shift, we can customize your machine to fit your production needs.
Our crosscutters deliver precise, high-speed rotary cutting across the full width, providing the accuracy essential for turf and textile production. Perpetual’s blades are engineered for longer life, reducing changeovers and boosting efficiency.
Our packaging solutions streamline operations with two specialized systems, a spiral wrapping system for thin-strength film and a wide-width wrapping system for sheet film. Together, they simplify packaging processes while reducing required line speed.
Our conveyors can increase line speed, whether used to move carpet from a roll-up machine to another area or to get your products across the whole warehouse. Equipped with computerized controls for indexing and sorting, our conveyors can be configured to meet your needs. Also, our heavy-duty conveyors are made to accommodate a 24-hour, 7-day schedule.
We have completely redesigned the self-powered rolling system, which takes the synthetic turf and rerolls it evenly. The system can be hydraulically or electrically operated to accommodate 56”- diameter rolls, handling all pile heights and carpet backing types.
By utilizing lasers and bar coding, the ICC-E control unit directs and monitors the cut order system. It compares and collects data and communicates through the PLC to the mainframe computer to update inventory, track carpet rolls, report defects, print labels, and generate reports.
